Returns Policy

You can return any online purchase within 14 days without justification for a full refund. This is known as “The Cooling Off Period”. The return of the item will be at the buyer’s expense.
Online orders can be changed or cancelled up until the time of shipping. We request that you contact us at info@tallinnduckstore.com within 12 hours of ordering to cancel or amend an existing order. Once shipped the order cannot be cancelled and the return of the item will be at the buyer’s expense.
If, for any reason, the item delivered is damaged or not what was ordered the item will be replaced as soon as possible with the correct/undamaged item.
Items are shipped from Tallinn Duck Store twice per week. An approximate delivery time will be provided once the item has been collected by our courier.
Refunds cannot be issued for items that are returned having been used. This includes removal of the sales tags.
Some of the elaborate ducks may not float. This is not a ground for return.
Refunds/returns cannot be facilitated where delivery is not possible due to incorrect information (address, contact number etc) being provided at check out.
